>> please note confirming what we have heard about the death of anthony anderson. will the officers involved be charged? >> he died 10 days ago after being arrested by city police in east baltimore. he initially reported he may have choked on drugs he had shot in his mouth during the rest. the autopsy concluded die from blunt force trauma, maybe kick door slammed to the ground. he suffered broken ribs and a ruptured spleen caused him to bleed to death internally. >> there is comfort in knowing the medical examiner had confirmed what we have been saying from day one, that he was killed as a result of being slammed to the ground. >> family members were witnesses and they watched the encounter between anderson and the officers. >> the grabbed him above his knees, lift him up, and slammed him to the ground with extreme

force. >> three officers involved are suspended. the state attorney's office will determine whether charges will be filed. drugs, according to the autopsy, were found in his system but they were not a factor in his death. the three suspended officers are assigned to the violent crime division, a specialized unit of the police department. reporting live, jayne miller, wbal-tv 11 news. >> baltimore county police say a 17-year-old girl reported being taken after she got off a bus yesterday. it is reported the two men in an suv foerster in a vehicle and drove her in an alley where they assaulted her.

the team said she was dropped off at a nearby apartment complex. they say one of the suspect was involved in a separate kidnapping when an 18-year-old was forced to perform a sexual act. charges are pending. >> enough is enough when it comes to a so-called illegal rooms passing themselve off as internet cafes. there is a long books making them illegal. >> the delegate says the state is losing revenue from these businesses. they are pretty easy to use and it is no different than the video slot terminals you can find out one of the new state casinos. >> i'm here today to say governor and enforcement officials, get off of your butt

than those found in state casinos, but the operators are trying to use the internet loophole, which they said was recently closed with the passing of senate bill 864 which partially defines a slot machine as a device that delivers a game through the internet or offers internet or other services. then there's the issue of money. not only the state is losing but honest businesses are as well. >> none of this money or revenue goes to the tax payers. it does not go to help gamblers anonymous. it does not bring revenue to the state. it steals money from the state. many of them are located right next to the legal lottery agency is in a restaurant or bar and they are losing money. >> the police sent letters to similar businesses sank had until next monday to shut down. an injunction was filed by one of the owners to plans to have his day in court thursday. >> the state lottery commission

birds, dogs, and other animals from this home in pasadena. >> most of the animals we talked the not have access to fresh food or water. those who did had water, it was not palatable for them to drink from. >> after our repeated visits, and conditions continue to be some car and the owner detained more animals. >> was i neglecting them? absolutely not. was it too much for me? yes. but i was not neglecting them. it was too much because i was going nonstop taking care of these animals.
